The information system for PAFI (Persatuan Ahli Farmasi Indonesia), the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Professionals Association — member registration, dues, and services managed online from the central office down to local branches. Built together with the CekTrend Studio team.

The challenge
PAFI has members all over Indonesia, organized under a central board, regional boards and local branches. Registering members, collecting monthly dues and handling requests like licensing and transfers by paper and spreadsheets made it slow for members and hard for each level of the organization to see who is active in their area.
How it works

Register
A pharmacist signs up online and gets their membership card number.

Pay dues
Monthly dues are paid from the portal, with an invoice and downloadable receipt.

Members with paid dues unlock services like licensing, seminars and branch transfers.

Manage by region
Admins at central, regional and branch level manage the members in their own area.
What we built
Membership & member card
Online registration and membership card numbers, with each member's profile, education and profession.
Member database
Filter members by status, region, branch, education and profession, and export to Excel, CSV or PDF.
Dues & invoices
Monthly dues billing, invoices, payment tracking and downloadable proof of payment.
Services for members
Licensing access, seminars, and transfers between branches — available once dues are paid.
